By downloading or using Stampede PDF (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.
The App
Stampede PDF is a PDF annotation application for iPad. It is provided “as is” by Krte-ch. We make no guarantees about uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Purchase
Stampede is available as a one-time purchase through the Apple App Store. All purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
AI Proofreading
The AI proofreading feature is provided as an assistive tool. It does not guarantee the detection of all errors. It is not a substitute for professional proofreading judgment. You are responsible for the accuracy of your final work.
Cloud AI Processing
Optional cloud AI processing sends document text to third-party AI providers. By enabling this feature for a document, you acknowledge that the text of that document will be processed externally. We recommend not using cloud AI for documents containing confidential or sensitive information unless you are comfortable with that processing.
Your Content
Your documents, annotations, stamps, and preferences remain your property. We do not claim any rights over your content. We do not access, view, or store your documents.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krte-ch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
