Troubleshooting

The app is running slowly on large PDFs

Try closing other tabs if you have multiple documents open. Very large PDFs (500+ pages) may require more memory. Restarting the app can also help.

AI proofreading isn’t available

On-device AI requires a compatible iPad with Apple’s Foundation Models. Ensure your iPad is running the latest iPadOS version. Not all iPad models support on-device AI.

Stamps aren’t appearing after export

If the recipient can’t see your stamps, try exporting as “flattened” instead of “editable.” Flattened PDFs render annotations as permanent visual elements that display identically in every PDF viewer.
